This is my first visit to chancer ward received me with a smile and then the nurse approached and booked me in and done some BP checks and later. Doctor took notes of all my problems and done blood test. I feel very welcomed and great, the team here is fantastic.

Staff are good they doing their best.
To improve little extra service need extra staff in the hospital/ward.
As weather is getting better real extra fans or A/C - to make patients feel relax and comfort.
